Full‑time/Part‑time Medical Assistant – Plano, TX
Our practice is looking for a full‑time or part‑time Medical Assistant to join our medical office. The office has a low patient load, pleasant work environment, and a friendly atmosphere. The position is daytime only and the schedule is negotiable; no nights or weekends.
Responsibilities- Record patient histories and measure vitals
- Draw blood and perform simple lab tests
- Conduct EKGs and administer injections
- Answer phones, check insurance, and perform other front‑ and back‑office tasks as assigned
- Proficient phlebotomy and customer service skills
- Pass background & drug screening
- Professional appearance
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Background in eClinical
Works is a plus - Spanish language skills are a plus
- Recent graduates with phlebotomy skills are eligible
Hourly pay plus earned vacation time and potential productivity bonuses. Full‑time employees are eligible for the Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO high‑deductible insurance plan.
