• Assist with daily living and personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, safe mobility support including transfers and walking assistance.
• Homemaking and environment support: tidy and clean the client’s home, perform light housekeeping, maintain a safe space by reducing fall risks and clutter.
• Meal support and nutrition: prepare simple meals and snacks based on dietary needs, encourage hydration, support healthy eating habits, assist with feeding or provide reminders for mealtimes.
• Reminders and routine assistance: provide medication reminders, support client schedules with reminders for routines, hydration, rest, etc.; ensure consistency in the client’s daily lifestyle.
• Companionship and emotional support: engage clients in conversation, hobbies, and brain stimulating activities; offer companionship and kindness throughout the day; be a trusted, consistent presence they can rely on.
• Documentation and communication: accurately document daily care logs and client updates, maintain communication with the care coordination team, follow care plans and agency policies with professionalism.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Background check and drug screen: able to pass.
• Previous caregiving experience or a genuine passion to learn.
