Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide care to senior adults in the North Texas area. The role includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, transportation, and companionship.
Responsibilities- Help clients take prescribed medication
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Help clients with routine exercises
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance when able
- Do client shopping or accompany them
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
- Report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies
- Passion to serve others—a true caregiver
- Valid driver's license
- Pet friendly
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
