Job Summary
This position is responsible for researching, developing, and conducting preventive care and health education programs for corporate customers, including development of collaterals and outcomes reporting. The role also provides onsite support for designated employer groups for worksite wellness activities, and requires travel including overnight stays.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Community or Public Health, or a related health field.
- Registered dietician (where contractually obligated).
- Four years of experience developing and presenting programs in corporate, public, or community health education or health promotion.
- Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including composing and conducting presentations and interfacing with internal staff, management, external vendors, and community resources.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a group setting with minimum supervision.
- Analytical experience, including medical/health education analysis.
- Proficiency with PC applications:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to travel, including overnight stays.
- Worksite Wellness Certification (e.g., Certified Health Education Specialist – CHES, or Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist – CWWS).
- Nutrition Certification.
Requires 30% travel, including overnight stays.
