Job DescriptionWe need high-performing, experienced, and passionate Social Worker professionals to provide direct and indirect social work services (e.g. assessment, supportive guidance, referral and follow-up) to MHS patients and their families.
Requirements- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- LMSW/LCSW
- 1 year of experience in health related setting preferred
- Current BLS from American Heart Association
- Current SAMA Certification
- Communicate clearly and openly
- Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment
