About Us:
We are a dynamic pediatric outpatient facility dedicated to providing comprehensive, family centered care to children of all ages. Our multidisciplinary team supports children with a wide range of communication, developmental, and feeding needs in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our full-time team. The ideal candidate has experience working in pediatric settings, with feeding and swallowing experience strongly preferred, but not required. This clinician will provide evaluation and treatment services to children with speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.
ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy for speech sound disorders, language delays, pragmatic language deficits, and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, BCBA's, and other professionals as needed
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Feeding and swallowing experience preferred
- Experience in pediatrics required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, energetic, and committed to helping children reach their full potential. Experience with sensory based feeding challenges, oral-motor therapy, and working with medically complex children is a plus.
