Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments under physician orders;
Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a Physical Therapist;
Measure and record patients’ motor function, strength, and muscle performance;
Monitor patient response to treatment interventions and modify approaches as clinically appropriate in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team;
Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
