Part-time Customer Service Rep With Medical Scheduling Skills

We are searching for a part-time customer service representative with medical scheduling skills to work in our clinic in Richardson, Texas. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills.

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls.
• Ensure the office has correct demographic and insurance information on file.
• Schedule patients for advanced physical exams.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Call on campaigns to schedule.
• Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
• Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
• Ensure patients comfort by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions.
• Update patient records.
• Follow all HIPAA regulations.

• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience with EMR systems. Preferably Epic, ECW and Athena.
• Positive, professional attitude and code of conduct.
• Ability to meet goals.
• Passionate about helping people and healthcare.
• Excellent, professional communication skills.

Job Type: Part time.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Schedule:

Around 30 hours per week. Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
