Position Overview:
The Clinical Research Supervisor is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for the successful day-to-day execution of clinical research operations at the Dallas site. As the central point of coordination for study activities and team performance, you'll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll supervise Clinical Research Coordinators, oversee a portfolio of active studies, and remain actively engaged in clinic operations.
This role balances operational oversight with direct management of 5–6 studies, requiring strong presence, real-time support, and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Research Coordinators and research staff.
- Oversee study timelines, documentation, trackers, and post-study activities for compliance and timely deliverables.
- Maintain daily presence in the clinic, offering operational support and guidance.
- Manage a small portfolio of studies while overseeing broader site operations.
- Ensure optimal workload management and resource utilization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Address performance concerns and support professional development.
- Serve as a client-facing representative to sponsors and maintain sponsor relationships.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance study execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of clinical research experience and prior team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical study timelines and execution.
- Experience in ALS or cosmetic clinical research highly desirable.
- Familiarity with devices such as the Cutometer, Tewameter, Corneometer, VISIA, and Chromameter is a strong plus.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and client-facing skills.

- Improved team accountability and operational efficiency.
- Consistently met study timelines and deliverables.
- Optimized workload and balanced clinic/administrative duties.
