- Capable of maintaining production set by the department and meeting established turnaround times.
- Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives
- Transfer data from multiple systems into a single system
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Knowledgeable with Repricing systems and develop basic skills in the Repricing area.
- Apply knowledge / skills to a range of complex activities
- Demonstrate depth of knowledge/skills in assessing contracts and applying appropriate rates
- Solve complex problems on own
- Collaborate with team to solve complex problems
- Independently manage time and tasks
- Coordinate work of other team members when necessary

Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma/GED
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sort & filter data) and Microsoft Word (create & edit documents)
- Ability to key a minimum of 17 claims per hour and 119 claims per day
- Ability to start shift between 6:30 am - 8:00 am, working 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- 1+ years of experience in data entry
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare claims research, analysis & or reporting
- 1+ year of experience in interpreting reimbursement methodologies and rates as outlined in provider agreements
- Ability to proactively identify solutions to non-standard requests
- Ability to act as a technical resource to others in assessing contracts and applying appropriate rates
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Excellent organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with repricing and NDB a plus
