Richardson TX:Monday to Friday 8:30 Am – 5:00 Pm (30 MIN LUNCH)
Garland TX: M - F 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
Pay rate:$ 19.38 – 22.53/ hr. (Based on years of experience)

- The Patient Services Representative (PSR II) represent the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
- PSR II draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- PSR II have direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
- PSR II will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center or as business needs dictate.
- Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
- Perform safe, accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Conduct clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing following established procedures
- Prepare, label, verify, and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient demographics, initials, and obtain patient signature post-venipuncture to confirm correct labeling
- Clearly explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort, trust, and confidence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Perform daily duties accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors, process excellence, and confidentiality of patient information
- Ability to provide high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Demonstrated professional judgment and decision-making
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Willingness to follow all company policies, including:
- Commitment to company policies, dress code, employee health & safety, and Everyday Excellence principles
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- 1 – 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
- Minimum 1 year in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
- 1+ years Customer service in a preferred retail or service environment.
- Keyboard/data entry experience
