The US Oncology Network is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our Texas Oncology team! This position will support the Revenue Cycle Department and will require 25-50% travel. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p.

Whatdoes the Revenue Cycle Manager do? (including but not limited to)
Manages individual contributors responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with assigned sites of service to achieve practice goals. Aids in escalated issue resolution, revenue cycle management strategic planning, and site of service communications. Supports all activities associated with the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects that relate to critical business goals while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Accountable for people-management activities and responsible for establishing goals and objectives for the department. Follows standard procedures and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology's Shared Values.
