Overview

The US Oncology Network is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our Texas Oncology team!

This position will support the Revenue Cycle Department at our in San Antonio, Texas with 25-50% travel. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p.

Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP): is an incentive program that typically vests over a three-year period and is tied to both individual performance and the operational success of Texas Oncology. Manages individual contributors responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with assigned sites of service to achieve practice goals. Aids in escalated issue resolution, revenue cycle management strategic planning, and site of service communications. Supports all activities associated with the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects that relate to critical business goals while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Accountable for people-management activities and responsible for establishing goals and objectives for the department. Follows standard procedures and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology’s Shared Values.
