  • Operational reliability. Manage scheduled visits, review queues, signatures, queries, and follow-up within required timelines.
  • Cross-functional coordination. Work effectively across clinical, regulatory, pharmacy, laboratory, recruitment, quality, and sponsor/CRO teams. Communicate clearly with participants, investigators, staff, sponsors/CROs, and healthcare providers.
  • Escalation and accountability. Recognize role boundaries, communicate concerns early, and accept ownership of assigned actions.

  • Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in each state where assigned clinical services will be performed.
  • Current NCCPA certification.

  • DEA registration and state controlled-substance authorization when required for assigned prescribing or study responsibilities.
  • At least two years of direct patient-care experience preferred; experience in the site's therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
  • Clinical research experience preferred. Candidates without prior research experience must demonstrate the ability to complete structured research, GCP, protocol, and system training before independent task assignment.
