Perform front desk functions including checking guests in/out, promoting sales programs, and maintaining guest records;
Audit the previous day’s receipts to verify and balance entries and run reports;
Assist with breakfast setup and possible food preparation, service, and/or cleaning;
Work alone on the property for the majority of the shift and ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours;
Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to guests and respond promptly to inquiries and requests
