On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Corporate Recruiter for a contract opportunity in Richardson, TX.

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening/interviewing, selection and hiring prospective employees.
Responsibilities- Source, recruit and screen/interview qualified candidates through efficient and cost effective methods.
- Assess talent and skills of applicants.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to develop/execute various recruiting strategies.
- Review job descriptions and develop into internal/external job postings.
- Confer with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.
- Provide information about job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing/tracking candidates.
- 8+ Years experience within a human resource staffing function
- 4+ Years experience in a corporate recruiting environment with full cycle staffing responsibility and a heavy emphasis on creative candidate sourcing.
- Experience hiring in the high tech industry is preferred;
- Demonstrable sales recruitment experience is required
- Candidate must possess excellent sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to build a talent pipeline
- Past experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required.
- Competency with PC software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidate hiring decisions.
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
- Results oriented, self-motivated and creative.
