Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Manager
We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support leadership across multiple entities within a growing manufacturing organization.
This role combines both strategic partnership and day-to-day HR execution. You will work closely with leadership to support business growth, while ensuring strong HR operations, compliance, and employee experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership and grow within a multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities Business Partnership- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy
- Support scalable HR structures across multiple entities
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain HR policies and documentation
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, status changes)
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems (e.g., Rippling)
- Maintain accurate HR records and data
- Support recruitment and hiring processes
- Assist with performance management and employee development
- Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring quality
- Improve HR workflows and internal processes
- Support HRIS optimization and system improvements
- Drive consistency across multiple entities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience (HRBP or strong generalist background)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws
- Experience supporting multiple entities or business units preferred
- Manufacturing or operational environment experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and partner with leadership
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information

CompensationThe pay range for this role is: 80, USD per year (Astra Nova)
