Compliance Coordinator; Temp

We are not looking for HR Generalists. We are looking for professionals that have audited I-9's and completed Remediations for a 3 month contract. The I-9 Auditor is responsible for reviewing and verifying Form I-9 documents to ensure compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA). This role involves conducting internal audits, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate potential legal risks.

• Conduct Internal Audits:
  Systematically review employee I-9 forms for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all documentation is valid and complies with federal regulations.
• Identify and Correct Errors:
  Detect discrepancies or omissions in I-9 forms and collaborate with HR personnel to rectify issues promptly.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR compliance or a related area, with specific experience in I-9 auditing required.
• Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of I-9 requirements, E-Verify, and employment eligibility verification processes.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detailed oriented, sense of project urgency, I-9 knowledge/skill set, adaptable.
• Education:
  
  HS Diploma.
