Join the high-impact staffing team at PDS Tech Commercial as a Staffing Coordinator
. In this role, you’ll help to manage onsite temporary workforce operations and drive both client and worker satisfaction. You’ll be the go-to resource for associates and client leadership: handling day-to-day questions, resolving issues, and helping maintain a safe, productive work environment. This role will support 2 client sites - Richardson and Plano TX.
Pay: $25-27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
Length: Temp to Hire
Greet associates on their first day - welcoming them to the facility
Facilitate new employee orientation
Act as point of contact for scheduled client interviews
Reconfirm start details with upcoming new employees
Walk the production floor multiple times per day to check in with associates and supervisors
Coach and counsel associates regarding attending, production, behavior, etc.
Assist with associate inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, scheduling, planned absences and other topic areas
Conduct safety walks throughout the facility and reinforce established site safety expectations with associates.
Assist with ongoing entry and upkeep of candidate and employee tracking systems
Ensure all new employees information is entered accurately for time keeping and payroll purposes
Daily time clock maintenance and applicable reporting

Detail-Oriented Workers: Precision is key
Tech-Savvy Individuals: Comfortable navigating computers and working in multiple systems simultaneously
- 1-2 years previous staffing industry or HR experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate professionally and effectively.
- Strong computer skills (including MS office and applicant tracking systems).
$25.00 per hour
