Commission Specialist, HR​/Recruitment

This position is responsible for researching complex producer/ga/marketing inquiries, to include understanding group or direct markets commission programs and processing rules. Process monthly exception reports and process producer/ga bonus payments.

• College degree in Business or 4 years business experience.
• 3 years commission, finance or payroll experience.
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer service skills.

• Experience/knowledge of True Comp incentive systems.
• Knowledge of HCSC marketing and commission programs.

Compensation: $41,700.00 - $92,800.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
