IC Enable is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded People Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This early-career role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong employee relationships, improving day-to-day operations, and helping create a positive workplace experience for engineering and business teams.
In this role, you will work closely with the People and Operations Manager and support a wide range of HR, recruiting, office administration, employee engagement, finance, IT coordination, and business operations activities. Because we are a small and collaborative team, the right candidate will be proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
This position provides hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to multiple areas of a growing small business. It is a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop a well‑rounded foundation in people operations, business administration, and company operations.
Work LocationRichardson, Texas – On Site (HYBRID, 3 days a week in office)
Key Responsibilities- Support and promote IC Enable’s culture, mission, vision, and values through day‑to‑day employee interactions and internal programs.
- Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking for open roles.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation logistics, onboarding materials, feedback collection, and process improvements.
- Maintain an organized, professional office environment by managing supplies, office inventory, workspace readiness, and related vendor needs within budget.
- Support HR compliance, security‑related training coordination, operations reporting, and required employee record‑keeping.
- Assist the People Operations Manager with HR processes, reporting, employee data, documentation, and compliance‑related activities.
- Help manage employee engagement and communications, including employee announcements, birthdays, work anniversaries, recognition, and internal communication hubs.
- Build positive relationships with employees by providing responsive, professional, and customer‑focused support.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from customers, clients, vendors, and visitors to the appropriate team members.
- Serve as the first point of contact for basic internal IT coordination and work with IC Enable’s third‑party IT provider on inventory, account setup, troubleshooting, and software support requests.
- Assist with marketing and internal communications projects, such as templates, PowerPoint presentations, event flyers, and marketing collateral.
- Provide general operations and administrative support, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bill pay, invoicing, reporting, and other business operations tasks as needed.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative, HR, recruiting, office coordination, or operations support role preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow‑through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service‑oriented approach.
- High attention to detail and commitment to completing work accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Comfort working in a small‑business / startup environment where priorities may shift and team members support work across departments.
