Halff is seeking a Campus Recruiter to build and strengthen our early talent pipeline in Richardson, TX. You will develop relationships with universities, engage students, and execute campus recruiting strategies to support long-term workforce needs.
You will partner with hiring managers and university champions to identify needs, source and interview interns and new grads, and ensure a positive intern experience while promoting Halff as an employer of choice on campuses.
