Campus Recruiter - Richardson, TX
As Halff continues to grow its internship and new graduate hiring programs, we are seeking a Campus Recruiter to help build and strengthen our early talent pipeline. This role will be responsible for developing relationships with universities, attracting top student talent, and executing campus recruiting strategies that support the firm's long-term workforce needs. The Campus Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, university champions, and business leaders to identify, engage, and hire high-potential interns and new graduates while enhancing Halff's presence on college campuses.
What you will do:- Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculty, student organizations, and career services offices.
- Represent the firm at career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and campus recruiting activities.
- Help develop and execute campus strategies for internships and entry-level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and target universities.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for internship and full-time opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage internship programs, ensuring meaningful and engaging experiences for interns.
- Promote the firm's employer brand through recruiting materials, presentations, social media, and campus outreach.
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives aligned with firm goals.
- Maintain communication with candidates and interns throughout the recruiting process.
- Knowledge of campus recruiting practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with recruiting systems, databases, and sourcing tools, including Linked In and Indeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience with in the engineering, consulting, or professional services industry preferred.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UKG) and recruiting platforms.
- Ability and willingness to travel to universities and recruiting events as needed.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
