HR Director

Director, Human Resources Business Partner Dallas, TX | Full-Time A large, employee-owned organization is seeking a strategic Director, Human Resources Business Partner to lead regional people strategy and partner with senior executives in a complex, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who has successfully supported large-scale organizations, led other HR leaders, and influenced executive-level business decisions.

Position Overview This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving talent strategy, organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce initiatives across a large multi-state region. The position leads a team of HR professionals and works closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable people solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic people initiatives. Lead and coach a team of HR leaders in a manager-of-managers structure. Drive talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee programs. Lead organizational design and workforce planning efforts to support business growth. Develop scalable HR processes and programs related to promotions, talent reviews, workforce development, and employee engagement.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HRIS, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development. Coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent decisions. Support both salaried and hourly/field-based employee populations. Travel within the assigned region to build relationships and support business leaders. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of HR leadership experience at the director level or higher.

Experience supporting organizations with at least $1B+ in revenue and work forces of 1,000+ employees. Proven success serving as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior executives. Experience leading teams of HR professionals, including manager-of-managers structures. Strong background in organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development. Experience supporting both professional and hourly/craft workforce populations. Ability to influence and coach executive leaders with confidence and credibility.

Experience with in large, complex organizations is required. Experience in engineering, industrial, manufacturing, construction, building products, or similar operational environments is preferred. Compensation & Benefits Base salary:
Approximately $150K-$170K plus an annual bonus incentive ranging from 20-30% Annual vehicle allowance. Comprehensive benefits package.
