Location: Pittsburgh PA, Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ, Indianapolis IN (Onsite) – candidates must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• 10 years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory and Order Management modules.
• 2 full life cycle implementations experience, with hands‑on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion (SaaS + PaaS) SCM application (Procurement, Inventory & Order Management).
• Responsible for leading the requirements elicitation, fit‑gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post‑production support.
• Strong experience gathering requirements and designing solutions for very high transaction volumes, and good experience of performance testing of solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering complex custom solutions in a highly integrated applications landscape.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management is a must.
• Experience handling integration with external partners/applications such as E‑Commerce Portals, Part Catalogs, trading partners – Suppliers & Customers, EDI.
• Comfortable driving requirements workshops, CRPs and key design discussion sessions with client.
• Excellent client‑facing communication, presentation skills, strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd‑party application teams, OCI, etc.
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts.
• Managing Client escalations as a Solution Architect.
• Onsite‑offshore communication and work management.

• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Knowledge in Oracle Cloud Technical, SQL, REST‑API and BIP reports.
• Knowledge in Oracle Cloud Technical – SCM modules.
• Solution evaluations and recommendation – lead the team in coming out with solution alternatives and take the recommended solution alternatives to the customer, review the solution options and suggest improvements.
• Oracle Certification is preferred and Distribution Industry experience is a plus.
