Network Security Engineer; Prisma SDWAN

Job Title:

Network Security Engineer (Prisma SDWAN).

Location:

Richardson, TX.

• Act as an SME, remotely supporting the customer and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Begin with a 12‑month contract, with potential for extension.
• Receive product training and your chance to acquire certifications such as PCNSC, PCNSA, PCCSA.
• Serve as the front line of defense and manage EEC communications to deliver timely and accurate answers.
• Help customers securely implement our products, becoming a consultant or Trusted Advisor in feature adoption and expansion, with the overarching strategy of building the best and safest customers.

• Experience with Prisma SD-WAN (ION/Cloudgenix).
• Proficiency in BGP routing.
• Knowledge of Wildfire/Malware Analysis and DNS security.
• Experience with SaaS Security (Inline CASB), SSL/TLS decryption, and decryption policy.
