Lead Network Design and Deployment Architecture of Mavenir IMS products for customer labs and production sites. Prepare artifacts of Product architecture, software deployment MoPs, and Call Flow related to IMS core interaction with Mavenir RCS/PRS/VMAS and mStore products. Deploy Mavenir Products such as TAS/CSCF/RCS/UCCAS/PRS based on Redhat and VMware virtualization platforms in customer environments. Install IaaS, CaaS, and PaaS to set up Kubernetes clusters and integrate Mavenir IMS solution products like IMS core, TAS, and RCS into customer labs and production sites.

Develop and execute Acceptance Test Plans, understanding customer feature requirements, and lead testing for messaging products including RCS, PRS, CDB, and Message Store (mStore). Coordinate product delivery, bug fixes, and change requests across teams, defining phases and schedules. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, network, and platform, especially Kubernetes-based platform complexities, to maintain service uptime and find workarounds for temporary issues.

Collaborate with design and development teams for bug fixes and interact with technical and non-technical teams of partners and vendors.

• Implement IMS network architecture protocols such as SIP, DIAMETER, MSRP, RTP, DNS.
• Integrate IMS applications like TAS, RCS, and PRS with third-party IMS, billing, and legacy systems in customer environments.
• Design IP networks, prepare CIQ, interface design, and resource sizing.
• Plan and execute testing based on feature requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug using tools like TRLs, CDRs, Call Trace.
• Review artifacts with customers, such as CIQ.
• Create deployment architecture and upgrade process documents, along with testing and deployment strategies.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive experience in Telecommunications Engineering, or a Master’s degree in the same fields with 2 years of experience. Experience must include:

• IMS network protocols: SIP, DIAMETER, MSRP, RTP, DNS.
• Integration of IMS applications (TAS, RCS, PRS) with third-party systems.
• IP design, CIQ prep, interface design, resource sizing.
• Test planning and execution.
• Troubleshooting with relevant tools.
• Customer consulting on artifacts like CIQ.
• Deployment and upgrade process documentation and strategy.

Work hours are 40/week, Monday to Friday. Salary is $137,254/year.
