Oracle Integration Cloud; OIC Senior Tech Architect Python

Overview

Infosys is seeking a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Senior Architect to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle cloud applications and external systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and cloud-native development practices. The candidate should be proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud, interact with customers to gather requirements and with business SMEs to understand and analyze processes, derive automation opportunities, and make recommendations for cloud transformation.

• Location for this position is Richardson, TX. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• Good experience in Oracle Cloud technologies, with at least 2 years in Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of OIC components, Oracle SaaS APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with JavaScript, XSLT, XML, JSON, and SQL, Python.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Hands-on development and unit testing of integration components and web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC and Python.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle SCM functional experience.
• Experience with integrations involving system interfaces (predominantly on a PaaS Cloud).
• Experience in building integrations in OIC using REST/SOAP services.
• Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder, Process Automation, and ATP/ADW is a plus.
• Provide hands-on technical and development support for implemented integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Design and implement integrations using OIC, including App-driven orchestration, scheduled integrations, and file-based integrations.
• Develop and manage REST and SOAP web services, adapters, and connectors for Oracle SaaS and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Maintain documentation for integrations, configurations, and deployment processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and best practices.
• Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.
• Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices. Knowledge in ITIL Processes, Incident and Change Management.
