DevOps Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Dev Ops Lead Consultant
-In this role you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warranty.

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Experience in Dev Ops and hands-on experience in Openet / Mediation / Charging.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

• Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for on-prem and cloud platforms using industry-leading tools.
• Automate Dev Ops workflows across all phases of the delivery pipeline.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to deploy and operate microservices-based applications in multiple environments including production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments ensuring high availability and performance.
• Use monitoring tools to detect diagnose and resolve system events and alarms focusing on eliminating recurring issues.
• Provide timely and informative follow-up on incident tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and immutable infrastructure principles.
• Advanced certifications in Dev Ops Cloud technologies or Kubernetes.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
