Senior Director, Product Management

Everfox seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to support its Insider Risk portfolio of products and services. You will lead a local and global organization of senior team members, ensuring operational success, strategic alignment, and integration with Engineering, Product Marketing, and other major functions. You will shape future‑looking feature roadmaps, product requirements, competitive analysis, and pricing, and act as a key advisor to VPs, SVPs, and other executive management on the strategic direction of our Insider Risk portfolio.

This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.

• Lead, drive, and provide the approach for designing the end‑to‑end strategy for a suite of product portfolios.
• Define guiding principles and value proposition, customer segmentation, and business case for innovative and disruptive products, including product configuration mix, revenue/margins, financials, and market share.
• Set agenda for and synthesize market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through intimate customer knowledge and industry market acumen.
• Drive integration of product portfolio life cycles to business goals across all phases (planning, development, launch, management, exit).
• Set team standards and operational metrics across all portfolios to align with strategic goals (revenue, margins, market share, quality performance, channel route to market, quarterly financials, and on‑time delivery).

• Recognized industry leader in team and people management, mentoring and leading teams to achieve results on complex, ambiguous projects.
• Expertise in cost‑efficient solution building and financial performance metric creation and analysis.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
• Technical understanding of the relevant industry and ability to provide product‑specific technical training to the team.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of work experience in related field.
• Strong technology foundation and business acumen with understanding of technology strategy in the market.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing subordinate people managers.

Base salary range: $ – $ USD.
