Position: Senior System Administrator/ISSE with Security Clearance

Clearance Requirements:
An active Secret clearance is required. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered. Responsibilities:

• Systems Administration:
Administer, maintain, upgrade, and ensure the readiness of several classified virtual enterprise systems and corresponding technologies (VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, Windows Domain, Linux).

• Security Testing:
Perform continuous monitoring and systems security testing using tools like ACAS/Nessus.

• Vulnerability Remediation:
Implement and provide mitigation solutions for identified findings and patching requirements.

• Networking:
Maintain, Troubleshoot, Upgrade Switching, Routing, Firewalls

• HBSS Maintenance:
Maintain HBSS installation and ensure upstream connection.

• Documentation & Procedures:
Collaborate with the ISSO team and program/project staff to create, implement, and maintain procedural documents and operations (configuration management, continuous monitoring, business continuity, disaster recovery, etc.). Technical Areas of Expertise:

• Software Installations:
Perform enterprise software installations and upgrades.

• Compliance: RMF, NIST, and NISPOM requirements, configurations, settings, and documentation.

• Network Engineering:

Experience with Enterprise Switching and Firewalls highly desired (For Example: Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, Cisco IOS, Juniper JunOS)

• Linux

Skills:

Familiarity Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Qualifications:

Experience:

6+ years in deploying, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring computer systems and networks.

•

Certifications:

Security+, CASP+, CISSP, CCNA, or similar certifications.
