• This role is an SME working remotely to support the customer and is viewed as a trusted advisor.
• We are a product-based company that offers training on our various products and services that set you up for success. In addition, we offer our subcontractors the opportunity to acquire certifications such as PCNSC, PCNSA, and PCCSA, as an example.
• You are the front line of defense, and often EECs feel a ton of pressure from the customer. We overcome this by providing the EEC with multiple channels of communication geared at getting answers quickly and accurately.
• The role of the EEC is to help our customer securely implement our products and become a consultant or trusted advisor in feature adoption as well as expansion.
• The overall strategy is to have the best and most secure customers.

• Consultative
• Leadership
• SD-WAN
• Must be able to direct/encourage
• Client and guide on best practices
• Networking
• BGP
• Routing

• Cisco deployment to SD-WAN.
• Meraki experience.
