Principal DevSecOps Platform Lead

Requirements Must have:

• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is necessary, as only U.S. citizens can obtain a security clearance.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph required on day one.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) in areas such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Physics.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Red Hat Linux operating systems.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and integrating cloud infrastructure solutions, preferably with AWS.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Must possess active and current TS/SCI with CI Poly on day one.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and associated tool chains (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Git Lab, Artifactory, Helm).

• Lead a small team of platform engineers and system administrators in the design and operation of evolving Dev Sec Ops  platforms and cloud‑based infrastructure.
• Serve as the Product Owner, managing the backlog, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring alignment with program goals and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to plan and conduct Agile meetings, such as sprint planning and Program Increment (PI) execution, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality, cloud‑enabled capabilities.
• Oversee the delivery and acceptance of completed work to clients, ensuring technical approval and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Act as the main liaison between engineering teams, program leadership, and external stakeholders to align technical vision and deliverables.
• Develop and uphold a technical roadmap that aligns the platform with modern Dev Sec Ops  practices, cloud‑native architectures, and relevant commercial off‑the‑shelf solutions.
• Assess new technologies, cloud services, and industry trends to enhance platform capabilities, security posture, and team productivity.
