Senior. Platform Engineer; Onsite

• You will leverage company and industry best practices and capabilities to develop and communicate implementation of infrastructure solutions.
• You will maintain existing systems through Linux-based tools and manage the COTS stack on the system to support program needs.
• You will utilize various scripting and automation tools to develop and maintain the program’s infrastructure.
• You will ensure that the COTS stack and versioning are consistent across the platform, and will work with the team to make updates as necessary.

• BS/BA in STEM (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or related field) and a minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with Linux operating system.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, Java, Perl, Ruby, or Tcl/Tk scripting.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
• Current TS/SCI issued security clearance required day 1; U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience with markup languages (YML, XML, JSON).
• Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, Helm, Rancher).
• Familiarity with LDAP.Experience with ITSM tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience with software deployment and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum.
• Background in systems operations or engineering in a large, complex IT environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Current Polygraph clearance strongly desired for privilege user access.

The salary range for this role is $86,800 – $165,200 USD, representing all experience levels. Eligibility depends on business unit and collective bargaining agreement.
