The Wellness Group is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing (Meta, Google & Programmatic) to lead and scale our paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging programmatic channels for four of our brands.
About the RoleThis leader will own the paid growth engine for multiple brands and healthcare funnels, including ecommerce products, telehealth programs, and subscription-based services. The Director will be responsible for defining the strategy, building the systems, and leading the team responsible for profitable customer acquisition.

- Cross-functional leadership
- 8–12+ years of experience leading performance marketing and paid acquisition programs.
- Deep expertise across Meta and Google Ads including ecommerce acquisition strategies.
- Proven experience managing large marketing budgets and scaling paid acquisition profitably.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution systems, tracking infrastructure, and marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering functions.
- Experience managing Microsoft Ads, App Lovin, or programmatic advertising platforms.
- Experience with server-side tracking, offline conversion imports, or advanced analytics environments such as Looker Studio or Big Query.
- Experience scaling high-AOV ecommerce or subscription funnels with strong margin discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution systems, tracking infrastructure, and marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering functions.
Compensation: $140,000+ DOE
The Director of Performance Marketing will architect and lead the company’s paid acquisition engine across multiple high-growth healthcare and ecommerce brands. This role has direct responsibility for customer acquisition economics, marketing efficiency, and scalable growth, making it one of the most strategically important positions in the organization.
