We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data and integration solutions. This role will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across multiple applications, with a strong focus on modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
Key Responsibilities- Define end-to-end architecture for data integration across multiple enterprise systems
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using modern integration tools
- Lead architecture for Snowflake-based data platforms (data warehouse/lakehouse)
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance for data integration and modeling
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Evaluate and recommend integration tools and frameworks (e.g., Snap Logic, Informatica, Mule Soft, APIs, streaming platforms)
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams
- Drive documentation and architecture artifacts (HLDs, LLDs, diagrams)
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, integration, or architecture roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (architecture, performance tuning, security)
- Experience with integration tools such as:
- Snap Logic, Informatica, Mule Soft, or similar
- Strong understanding of:
- Data modeling (dimensional, canonical models)
- Data warehousing concepts
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and orchestration frameworks
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance
- Experience in data modernization or digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of dbt (Data Build Tool) for transformations
- Experience implementing medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
- Exposure to real-time data processing (Kafka, streaming tools)
- Certification in Snowflake, cloud platforms, or architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
