• Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies, knowledge of quality processes.
• Skills:
  
  analytical abilities, strong technical skills, communication skills, ability to work in a multiple/diverse stakeholder environment, people coordination.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Hands on experience in test automation scripting using Selenium, JAVA, Python
• Interacting with client SME and development leads for requirement capturing and clarification, and understanding the implicit and explicit requirements of the client.
• Working experience in software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative (Spiral), Agile, Scrum, and standard SDLC methodologies
  .
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Involved in requirement understanding, preparation of high level and low level scenarios, test execution activities.
• Defect tracking and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 1 year of experience within the information technologies
