Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI and LLM solutions in production environments
- Lead AI/ML engineering initiatives with a focus on model deployment and productionization
- Architect and optimize cloud-based AI pipelines on Azure (preferred) or similar platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems
- Ensure compliance with responsible AI practices, model governance, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for AI/ML projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 7–10 years of overall engineering experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering
- 2+ years of technical leadership or team management experience
- Hands-on expertise with Python and ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience deploying and product ionizing ML models, preferably with LLM or GenAI solutions
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures is a plus
