Provide pricing, product availability, and scheduling information via professional written and verbal communications.;
Process incoming orders via email, telephone, Fax, and EDI. Track order activity, expedite high-priority deliveries, and proactively alert appropriate staff of potential delivery bottlenecks.;
Foster open communication internally and externally; champion creative changes to improve team efficiency and service levels.;
Complete specific department training modules to develop a deep understanding of our client's technical product catalog, processes, and protocols.;
Provide guidance and onboarding support to newer team members over time.
