Job Description
-Service Now Sec Ops Developer
"7 10 years of Service Now Security Operations experience and strong hands-on expertise implementing and supporting the Service Now Security Operations module.
"Implement and configure Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops) modules:
Security Incident Response (SIR), Threat Intelligence
"Design, build, and support integrations with security tools, including:
oFlashPoint (Threat Intelligence)
oPalo Alto Wild Fire
oNetskope
oHave I Been Pwned (HIBP)
"Configure inbound/outbound REST integrations using MID Servers and secure authentication.
"Map and normalize security data such as alerts, vulnerabilities, and IOCs within Service Now.
"Develop security workflows, playbooks, business rules, scripts, and automation.
"Enable dashboards, KPIs, operational and executive security reporting.
"Partner onsite with SOC, GRC, Risk, and IT teams for requirements, UAT, and production support.
"Ensure implementations align with enterprise security standards and audit requirements.
