JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handheld and iPad devices support - mix of Restaurant QSR Support with working knowledge of Mobile & Tablets. Below is the JD
o Understanding of Restaurant / QSR topology
o In-depth working knowledge of POS, Back office, and other SW / HW integrated to POS & Back office systems (Kitchen, Credit Cards, Online Orders, e-Commerce, Digital enablement, iPads / Tabs etc.,)
o Experience in JAMF is necessary (we might have to train the candidate)
o Having MDM Experience will be an add-on
o Hands on experience on Air Watch tool - should be able to quickly learn
o Strong Communication Skills and Articulation Ability
o

Experience of Support, Onsite / Offshore engagement with respect to Incident, Problem, Change & Request Mgmt. SLAs, Metrics, CAB
o Knowledge of different ticketing tools like SNow, Remedy, JIRA, Zendesk etc.
