Must Have Skills:
- Strategy Execution & Leadership Enablement Partner closely with the VP and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives across the Sales & Digital technology portfolio Translate leadership priorities into clear initiatives, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Support organizational effectiveness initiatives, including AI adoption strategy, engineering productivity improvements, and Learning & Development strategy
- Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on technology strategy, operation.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, program management, or transformation roles.
- Proven experience working closely with VP level and senior leadership
