We are seeking a forward-thinking Collaboration Tools and Data Services Professional to accomplish the administration, enhancement, and delivery of enterprise collaboration technologies. In this role, you will focus on tools like SharePoint, Mattermost, email platforms, and more, ensuring they meet the needs of teams operating in secure environments. Your work will directly enable productivity, streamline workflows, and foster collaboration across high security domains.
WhatYou Will Do
Administer and optimize collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Mattermost, Sentris, and email systems to ensure they meet user needs and adhere to security requirements.
Enhance user experience by developing and delivering training materials, documentation, and user support to maximize adoption and effective use of collaboration tools.
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new features, workflows, and capabilities to improve productivity and streamline collaboration across programs.
Maintain the daily operation and availability of collaboration platforms, ensuring minimal disruptions and high performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, cybersecurity, and program management, to align tools and services with program objectives.
Analyze and report on platform usage, performance, and trends to guide continuous improvement and decision-making.
Work with cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with RTX’s operational standards and ensure secure collaboration environments.
Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
Minimum 3 experience with collaboration tools, enterprise platforms, or related technologies.
Security + certificationActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Travel Requirements:As needed, up to 15%
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with emerging collaboration technologies and cloud-based solutions.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Strong analytical skills to track and report on platform usage, performance, and areas for improvement.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service delivery frameworks.
Familiarity with automation tools for improving platform efficiency.
Work LocationOnsite:
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Texas, Cedar Rapids, other US office locations can be considered.
