Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead to support, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, configuring CRM solutions, developing workflows, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective CRM solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
