Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer with strong expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, and telecom billing systems. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience with the Amdocs Openet Billing Platform and a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.

• Design, build, and operate full-stack infrastructure solutions across on‑premise and hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop and automate robust CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless Dev Ops lifecycle management.
• Deploy, manage, and scale microservices‑based applications across development, staging, and production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and immutable infrastructure practices.
• Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK.
• Troubleshot complex infrastructure and platform issues, performing root‑cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents.
• Integrate Dev Sec Ops  practices including security scanning, compliance enforcement, and governance controls.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and contribute to Dev Ops strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 10+ years of Dev Ops / Cloud Engineering experience.
• Strong experience supporting microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with telecom billing platforms, specifically Amdocs Openet (mandatory).

• Programming:
