Responsibilities
  • Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
  • Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness
  • Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience
  • Hands‑on experience in data engineering, governance and modernization with significant experience in large‑scale data platform migrations.
  • Strong expertise in Teradata, Snowflake and other cloud data platforms
  • Proven experience designing cloud‑native data architecture on AWS
  • Strong exposure to data governance and drive governance across organizations.
Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Prior experience leading enterprise migration programs (Teradata, Oracle, Netezza → Snowflake)
  • Certifications (Snowflake, AWS Solutions Architect, etc.)
  • Experience with Fin Ops and cost governance in cloud data platform

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
