Solution Architect with solid experience in SAP Commissions.

Responsibilities include:

• Take ownership of RFP activities scope identification, effort estimation, solution, and its elegant articulation.
• Work individually or in teams to effectively write Infosys solution, present it in Orals and defend it during Due Diligence.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops; work with business and IT teams to elicit and elaborate requirements, group and collate them into required documents.
• Create POC, demos, explore new product features and pass knowledge to junior team members.
• Design Compensation plans as per business requirements, create compensation plan calculators in Excel to explain and calculate payments.
• Configure plans & rules in Commissions, consuming the various application capabilities to best use.
• Test the developments individually and in an integrated environment.
• Assist business users in User Acceptance Testing.
• Create training documents for Compensation Admins.
• Promote solution to higher application environments and perform cutover activities.
• Resolve post go‑live issues in terms of data fixes and solution corrections/adaptations.
• Lead team of consultants located at various locations in performing above activities.
• Manage technical risk during the project lifecycle.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure solution delivery as per agreed timelines.
• Maintain basic awareness of project management activities, reporting status on self and team activities to Infosys and client stakeholders.

In the role of a solution architect, you are a technology expert contributing in different phases of the consulting lifecycle, starting with process consulting, problem definition, and ending with the definition of an overall solution, its design, development and deployment. Your role will be the foreman of your team throughout the business process to the final work product, shaping revenue‑enhancing business solutions that enable our clients to meet ever‑changing global needs.

  Graduation.
• Overall 10+ years of IT experience in a technical role.
• 8+ years SAP Success Factors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions).
• At least 2 end‑to‑end implementation experiences in SAP Commissions with S4 HANA as the backend database.
• Rich experience in handling AMS activities of ticket resolutions and enhancements.
• Configure compensation plans utilizing credits, measurements, incentive and deposit rules in various use cases.
• Load reference, compensation plan and transactions data on Commissions UI or from drop‑box.
• Expertise in compensation elements like classifiers, lookup tables, rate tables, formulae, etc.
• Execute pipelines and analyse results: identify gaps in payments, find root cause, fix issues to correct payments.
• Data integration setup on Commissions and associated SPM Home environment; well‑versed with the concept of Data Stage and data load process.
• Know and understand Commission DB tables; experience in writing advanced SQL queries, stage hooks.
• Various payment extract processes.
• Plan Communicator, dispute and dashboard setup.
• Well‑versed with concepts such as proration, draws, clawbacks, leaves, periodic cathups, holds, etc.

• SAP advanced workflows to create payment approval process, payment dispute resolution process.
• SAP Territory and Quota geography rules, territory programs, territory hierarchy, rules for account alignment, quota setup and distribution process.
• Landing Pad and Smart Data integrators using HANA as backend.
• Handle Crystal Reports BO groupings and other basic setup activities (not design reports).
• Certification in SAP Commissions.
