• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness.
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.

• Develop requirements, design, build and operational documentation for solution roll out.
• Architect, design & implement Data Encryption and PKI vendor solutions such as Vormetric, Voltage, Safenet – Key Secure, Protegrity, Dataguise, Prime Key, Venafi, Symantec and Microsoft PKI.
• Understanding of data‑at‑rest encryption techniques and methodologies, including database, file, and disk encryption.
• Experience with additional modules of DAM such as Database Vulnerability Manager and Encryption are added advantage while these additional skills are not mandatory.
• Knowledge of data discovery, classification, Information Rights Management, DLP and Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB).
• Knowledge of any scripting language such as Power Shell or Python.
• Establish governance & operating model for a large‑scale enterprise.
• Good understanding of various regulatory compliances and standards such as PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, NIST standards.

• Good solid understanding of Information Security concepts.
• Understanding of networking concepts and Windows and Linux OS and familiarity with networks, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
• Basic understanding of Web Applications.
• Experience with developing, reviewing, updating encryption policies for a large‑scale enterprise.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
