Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions across cloud, messaging, and data platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
Provide hybrid Tier-2/SRE operational support for enterprise applications, including emerging areas like Generative AI and workflow automation.
Offer technical expertise and best practices across Java, Python, JavaScript, and Perl solutions, along with strong understanding of network/telecom standards such as 3
GPP and TM Forum.
Lead incident triage with Tier-1 teams during outages, minimize downtime, and drive swift resolution using structured processes like AARs and MTTR optimization.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies tailored to application architecture, performance metrics, and critical dependencies.
Collaborate closely with product development teams to analyze application flows, identify weak points, and recommend architectural or operational improvements.
Drive long-term system resiliency by eliminating recurring issues through root-cause analysis, proactive fixes, and continuous reliability enhancements.
