Mainframe Operations & Production Support
Richardson TX Duration – 6 months +
Responsibilities for mainframe support
- Coordinate business approval of production migrations (release entry framework to be extended)
- Ensure all change to UAT or production environments follow the change management procedures, all paperwork are
- Attends technical workshops, trainings, seminars and conferences to expand end-to-end knowledge gain insight on emerging relevant technologies
- Maintain effective communication to the internal/external clients to understand their application related issues/queries/problems
- Provide timely and efficient support for various trade processing and settlement applications
- Handle Incident Management and Problem Management activities to minimize the impact during application outages or production incidents
- Coordinate and participate in various weekend activities like disaster recovery and federally mandated tests
- Work with a global team to provide application support that includes technical support, analyze and resolve software failures, troubleshoot technical problems
